This little Sweetheart is just a doll. She came with her mommy and daddy for their first family portraits. They call her their “little bear”. This image is very fitting, I think.

She also had an ice cream themed birthday. I love her expression with the ice cream cone. Notice: 4 scoops for a 4 year old. :) …  This is one of my very favorite images created last year. I love everything about it, the soft lighting, her gentle expression & pose, the costume, the subtle toning. This portrait is displayed in my studio. It’s printed on fine art velvet paper in a beautiful frame just inside the front entry.
